I want to say that this company refunded me after sending them two letters about my problem with their chair. After the second letter they were kind enough to refund me my full amount without them saying a word about my problem with the Rocking Chair I bought from them. I never threatened them with nasty comments. I just explained to them my sadness that I had after using this rocker for the third time. I was really saddened that I was unable to continue to keep using this rocking chair. I hope they figure out how to make the rocking chair more stable and for it to have longevity in this product. But what made me feel the best was this company taking care of my problem without hassling back and forth like some companies have done with me trying to get me to give up on my effort to get a refund for a purchase that I made and was not happy about the purchase. Again thank you for your refund. I feel your company took the high road and did the right thing. I was sitting in the chair and I turned around in the chair and the next thing I know the right side rocker turned under and broke the rubber slider. I sent the company that was sending the chairs out. I explained my situation. And it was past the 30 day Warranty. I have yet to hear back from the company.
