The quilting on the inside and out makes everything you put inside feel way more secure whether it’s sunglasses, iPad or phone. And the pockets sewn on the inside makes thing easy to access. The quality of craftsmanship is superb. The only negative for me is the selection of fabrics. I prefer less busy, muted or even solids in neutral tones.I have the cabbage rose tote, and I am really enjoying it. I love the size, the inner pockets, the cell phone compartment, the front pockets. I love that it stands up when I set it down. I love the material. I wish there were more print choices for this purse, because I might order another one. I needed to replace an old favorite Vera tote and this one was almost perfect.Roomy enough to fit a laptop and files, pockets for storing smaller items and the perfect handle drop to sling over your shoulder. Wish it was a little taller - the bag Replaced was the perfect shape about two inches taller- but very satisfied with my purchase.I bought the ‘performance twill’ in black.The bag is a good size, with a GREAT length of drop on the shoulder straps (so difficult to find a bag with long straps!). The interior has six open pockets (three on each long side) of two different sizes. All are decently sized and about 4” deep - I use mine to hold a big tube of hand cream, pens, a coin purse, snacks etc.I was disappointed to find there was no interior zipped pocket, like most bags have. However, the bag does have a neat secret open pocket at the top on the non-show side, which is quite large and will hold your keys for easy grabbing. There is no closure on this pocket (a magnetic snap would have been nice), but the pocket is pretty deep and I’ve not had anything fall out.The interior fabric is not to my personal taste, but it’s not visible from outside, and a patterned interior does make it easier to see what is inside.I have owned this bag for about two weeks of daily use, and have two issues to report. I have difficulty keeping both straps n my shoulder - one tends to fall down if I am not using my hand to hold them both. The second issue is on the exterior. The bag has mild padding (for the quilting), and I am finding the padding is starting to work its way out through the stitching, and around the whole bag, not just in places of friction. It’s purely aesthetics, but gives the bag a ratty look.Personally I would have also appreciated a pair of D-rings, as the bag is a nice size that it could be worn cross-body as well.ThIs bag is not the same quality as the navy one I purchased last year. The quilted stitching is so large unlike the fine detailed stitching on the navy bag and there are large showy metal zippers rather than nylon zippers which were hidden. The inside storage pockets are the same. I would not have ordered it had I looked at an enlarged photo. I assumed it was identical to my navy one. I am keeping it. Vera Bradley is fine quality.Conocí la marca Vera Bradley hace varios años y desde entonces me han gustado sus diseños y estampados. Ésta línea (Performance Twill) era nueva para mi porque solo conozco las de algodón estampadas y las de microfibra pero resultó ser excelente. La tela es suave y se siente de buena calidad, el forro igual y además el estampado es bonito y esta muy bien acabada. Es ligera, cómoda y espaciosa. La compré en color azul marino en oferta en dias de Prime a $1,200 pesos (vendida por Amazon Estados Unidos no terceros) lo que me pareció excelente precio. Llegó muy bien empacada y en excelentes condiciones. Llevo un mes usándola casi diario y estoy muy contenta con ella. Recomiendo la marca si buscan algo que dure y aguante de todo, he tenido de algodón y microfibra y usandolas diario han aguantado mucho, las lavo sin problema en la lavadora y siguen como si nada, solo se va deslavando un poco el color pero despues de varios años de uso no me quejo, son mis bolsas de batalla.La amo! La bolsa perfecta para el día a día, el largo perfecto, tamaño perfecto, no me permite pasarme con el peso y aún así le cabe todo. Perfecta!I love this bag!!!
