It was advertised as "33" totes, when I received the order, there was only "3" totes. I immediately requested a refund, & was issued a return label. The return & refund were handled quickly, which I very much appreciated. I'm trying to pack up a 1700+sf house, & those would've helped A LOT, especially with the size, & that they were wheeled. I was very disappointed that my order was not as advertised.
