This is a good-looking bag; it's lightweight and I like the shape. Using the substantial trolley sleeve, it sits nicely on top of my 22" checked bag for airport and subway travel. I purchased it for use as a carry-on for a future three-month trip to Europe. I wanted solid black, but selected the black cheetah print since it was $50 cheaper (this was a good call – the print is very subtle and reads solid black). I plan to pack the bag with my 10" tablet, charging cables and plug converters, a change of clothes, medications and other items I am not comfortable placing in my checked bag. Everything should fit nicely. I'm 5'11'', so the long shoulder straps work well for me. Like other reviewers have pointed out, the bag is somewhat unstructured - meaning, it doesn't have a solid bottom (makes sense, since the bag can be expanded via a zipper on the outside of the bag. I don't plan on using the crossbody strap; as others have pointed out, it's not padded and would likely be uncomfortable if the bag has any weight to it once packed. It would be easy to utilize another strap in its place. I was pleasantly surprised at the well thought out organization of the bag: there's a medium-sized zippered pocket on the front, and a larger zippered pocket behind that. The trolley sleeve has a small, zippered pocket that can be utilized whether or not you're using the trolley sleeve. There is also an open pocket on the back of the bag secured with a single snap. Inside the bag, there is a large zippered pocket and an open pocket next to the laptop sleeve. While I don't plan to take my laptop on this trip, I found that my 15" Dell laptop fits inside this sleeve with a little room to spare. The velcro strap that secures the laptop is too long. The removable wristlet is a nice touch and can be attached to the inside of one of the outside zippered pockets for security. The Baggallini site says it will fit most plus-sized cell phones; I did not find this to be the case. Overall, I’m pleased with the bag but will submit an update once I’ve used it while traveling.
