I ordered this hard hat after doing some research and decided to get it because my old hard hat was expired years ago and I just wanted something different. There were issues with the shipping and some delays, but when I contacted the seller, their customer service exceeded my expectations. Not only did they respond immediately, but they were completely understanding and helpful. It was no fault of theirs, my local post office had given me false information. Anyway I eventually received the product and was not disappointed. It is quality made, lightest hard hat I've owned, and the 1st I've had with a leather headlining. It doesn't feel cheap, it is smooth to adjust and ready to go, I recommended it to some coworkers as well, I will be starting a new job with it this week and I look forward to everyone wondering what kind of new shiny hard hat I have and asking where to get one. I will definitely be shopping with this company in the future. Thanks!
