Good looking bags. Would get 5 stars except the snaps pull apart. I've had at least 4 come apart in the first few months. The only solution they offer is to send the whole bag back with me paying shipping and waiting several weeks for a replacement. I asked could they just send me a few replacement snaps. Customer No-Support rep said they don't have any replacements. I asked how they fix them and he said they don't, they send a new bag. Probably just as well as the posts on the snaps they are using are too short which is why they are pulling off. I'll just get some after market snaps with longer posts. They won't have the nice Burly Brand logo but at least they'll stay on.
