Tried them tonight for the first time and they are excellent 'fresh' edamame. Don't overcook! They seem like they will last for a while in the fridge, but if you are a home cook, this is a LOT of edamame and you'll need to freeze them. They were shipped with dry ice, but were not cool when they arrived in the summer norcal heat. They are fine, they were not overheated during delivery. Will try to report more after more use. Gonna give away two bags to friends. This is a lot of fresh edamame! Thanks
