I bought this Brenna Tote in tan a few years ago and love it. I do prefer a black handbag in the winter months, so rather than reinvent the wheel, I got it again in black. The brown leather details make it a little more casual, which is fine for me. Let’s talk pockets though - there are no less than 11! This is one small pocket more than my tan one. This is such a great handbag for traveling! The handles are super strong - I’ve even carried wine bottles in it. There are 2 pockets on each end that are perfect for your cell phone and make it easy to grab without worrying it will fall out. Both those pockets have small zippered pockets on them. There is a larger pipe red exterior pocket on one side that has a smaller pocket on it. I usually carry my keys there and they’re easy to grab, but would be good for a passport too. Inside there are 2 unzippered pockets. I keep my business cards in one and various in the other. There is a large zippered pocket inside that is perfect for cosmetics and a pouch where I keep my sunglasses to keep them from getting scratched. There is yet another zippered pocket on the side of larger zippered pocket too. Now the only trick is remembering which pocket you put what in. The black leather is even nicer than the tan tote’s and both have signature floral lining. There are 2 handles and the drop from shoulder is just right. The rivets are silver tone. I have other handbags that are more glamorous looking, but none of the others compare on functionality. I do get a lot of compliments on these bags.
