I can't attest to the comfort. Wish I could, but my dog really can't tell me what he thinks. It's a good size bag. Lots of storage, which is very important to me. I've had it for a bit. Wanted to see how it held up to our daily use. It's holding up great!!!! I truly love all the storage. My 15 lb. dog fits in here just fine. It's easy to carry with him in it and he doesn't seem uncomfortable. With the purchase!!
