I was tired of having different boxes for different fishing...bottom fish, squid, offshore. This beast holds a huge amount of material, and in water-proof, heavy duty trays. Buying the trays is expensive, but where most lures cost $15-20 or more and the hooks will rust in open tray boxes, this was the way for me to go finally. The bag being waterproof is also a great quality. I have had regular tackle boxes get flooded, e.g., from rolling over on the deck with water sloshing around. That can do a lot of rust damage to contents. This is not a unit for kayak fishing, but the all-in-one angle did it for me.
