Replacing my OEM side panel covers with these gave my bike such a sweet look! They are very well put together; the plastic is thick and not thin and flimsy and the connections are actual metal not plastic like the originals. In fact, one of the plastic connectors that hold the original in place had already had half of it broken off from how often I was removing it to get to the battery tender SAE plug. With the metal plugs in place on the panel, they snap so solidly into the rubber grommets that it takes considerable force to get them in there, and just as much to pull it off. I consider this a plus and not a CON by any means. I couldn't be happier with theses, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to give their bike a mean stance and sleeker appearance.DEFINITLY pay attention to what saddle bags you have and what the product says it will fit. I did thought I had stretched saddlebags, because it says I do in the description of my bike. I guess I missed the part in the ad that had actual pictures of the darn things, because the ones on my ride had a big X on it, lol. They still fit and make my bike look really good, there is just a little bit of an overhang at the bottom of the saddlebag that honestly is barely noticeable.
