I ordered these because I needed them. They arrived & are exactly as described on Amazon. I've already used a couple, and they are what they are - little bubble wrap baggies, measuring in at 4" x 5" & double smooth walled - with the bubble wrap trapped between these two outside layers. Which, may or may not be mentioned, but I was pleasantly surprised, no snagging on the bubbles when you try to put something inside... making these bubble wrap baggies even better than I expected = bravo!They've also got that little tear off sticky strip at the top, which I personally never use, but it is there if & when someone might need it.Overall, great product. I for one have received products that are less than what I thought they would be, this time I got more than what I expected... 100% satisfied.
