This is a comfy seat. My first note is this arrived two weeks earlier than expected, and shipped from Las Vegas. I bought this 4ft bag to be a reading "chair" in my library, which doesn't have much room for a large, permanently placed chair or recliner, but had plenty of usable floor space. The first photo is the disposable bag the sack came in, fully compressed with a normal backpack next to it for scale. The foam comes in the beige liner that has two zippers for security. (The colored external cover is separate.) It was very compressed, but I spent about 20 minutes "peeling" and breaking the foam apart to expedite the expansion timeline. The second photo is maybe an hour or two after I worked the foam loose. The third photo is about 2 hours later after it had a bit of time to expand (the person on the bag is 5'8" 125lbs), and the fourth and fifth photos were taken on the same evening after I had washed and added the external cover. One day later, I don't personally think it needs more foam, but understand why other people mention this. I actually emailed Chill Sack before this purchase, and they said they would provide extra foam FREE of charge to anyone that felt their chair needed more support. I am around 110lbs and do not sink very much into this chair, even on the edge (where I prefer to sit because it creates an armrest around me). If after the fourth day you are still sinking more than you'd like, just send the seller a message requesting more foam. Don't just buy it on your own!I do not feel that this 4ft bag is enough space for me (female adult 5'4" 110lbs) to lay out and nap very comfortably, so if that's your goal I would recommend the 6ft bag or lounger. My favorite part about this bag is surprisingly the weight. I was led to believe (from other reviewers / product description) that these were very heavy, and uncomfortable to move around. It weighs maybe 20lbs and I can toss or roll it with one hand, and pick it up with two and carry it to another room pretty easily. The biggest downside is the cost, which actually seems to be more of an Amazon problem. The 4ft sack is $140 on the Chill Sack website, but the navy sack on Amazon at time of writing this is $165. What's up with that?? I opted for the cinnabar color instead because it was $140 on Amazon, and has the HUGE bonus of free Amazon returns. If you need to return it, don't worry too much - just spend time taping up a large box or bag and shove the bag in. I called UPS as well before this purchase and (at least my local store) told me they don't care what package your item is in for Amazon returns. It would be tough, but doable if necessary. Direct website Chill Sack purchases say you would need to pay for the return shipping cost (yikes).Overall, this has been a great purchase. If you're an adult looking for a chair to lay and nap in, and have the space for it, consider the 5 or 6ft sacks. If you want a chair, this 4ft sack has been a great choice. I'll update this review after a bit of use if it seems beneficial.
