Description
Grenetin is composed of 86% protein it contains all the essential amino acids of the human body. Why are blooms important? Bloom grades measure the gelling power in a gelatin, one of its main characteristics. That is, its gelling force and resistance to melting when the temperature increases. So, 300° bloom gelatin will curdle faster and form a harder gel (high viscosity), once curdled, it will take longer to melt if heat is applied or kept at room temperature than lower bloom gelatins. This also means that you can use less 300° gelatin than lowe bloom gelatins in your recipes! Commercial, flavored gelatin is usually 120° bloom.
