I have purchased 2 different other pet chairs prior. The first was smaller but worked for my 7 pound mini dachshund. I have 2 minis that I wanted to put in it , no other seat has worked until this one. I need to add another harness restraint yet but this chair sirs solid on the console. The restraint feeds up through the pad vs around the seat cushion. This one was a bit pricy, but will work for my 2 pups
