I'm a 25 yr old woman (using my father's amazon account) who ordered this for a close friend's house warming party. Said friend is a huge fan of all things wine, and I'm hoping he doesn't have something like this yet. (If so I'll just have to keep it for myself lol...) I haven't gifted it yet so I'll return for a follow up review after he has used it a couple of times. But based on the condition upon arrival, I am very happy I selected this tote. The tote bag appears to be made of very sturdy material, the tools inside feel well made as well, and it is a roomy, large size. (Btw the glasses are a sturdy plastic. I noticed in reviews for other bags that this surprised some people. Easily replaceable but I'd rather take cups that are not as prone to break for a picnic.)My only criticism is that there was a strong new bag/chemical-ly smell upon opening. So consider ordering it with time so that you can let it air out for a few days.I placed two tall and thin wine bottles inside to test and take photos. At first I was concerned b/c the bag began to tilt precariously before it reached a stable position. But this problem was easily fixed by opening the zippers along the side of the bag to expand it (which you don't even notice are there until you need them). After I did that, the bag was stable again. The wine padding, if you leave it in, looks like it would hold 3 normal sized bottles and the zipper would stretch above to close. If you need to take it out to store more food it's easy to do so b/c the padding is attached by velcro. I bet you could even just unfold one or two sections and fold it to the side to keep the padding for one bottle in place while storing more food...I'd want more room for wine though :)
