This is a really nice mesh bag. The non-mesh parts are made with surprisingly heavy cloth, resulting in a nice feel and look. The workmanship is also good. There are no lose threads, unfinished stitches, etc. Overall, the bag has a very cotton-y feel to it. The zipper does not come all the way from one edge to the other, but is rather only spans the middle section. Given that the whole bag is mesh, and thus see-through, this is not an issue. It's more so there just to make sure nothing large falls out of it inadvertently. The mesh itself is a dual-layer mesh: larger cloth mesh on the outside and much finer plastic mesh on the inside to keep small objects in. The handles are hard backed. Interestingly, the inside of the cloth layers have a waterproof layering on the inside. Unclear what the purpose of this is in a mesh bag. I plan to use it for beach trips rather than the pool. I'd be careful with this thing around chlorinated water. I can totally see some wet clothes or towels soaked with such water leaving stains all over the cotton fabric. For the beach, however, this bag is perfect. In terms of size, I'd rate it as medium (refer to product listing for exact dimensions). Large enough to carry a beach towel a change of light clothes and a couple nick-knacks (book, phone, etc).
