I've had surgery on my dominant shoulder, as well as herniated discs, chronic neck/shoulder pain so I needed a good vacuum that isn't too heavy. I purchased a Quantum water filtered vacuum but it's so heavy for me that I dreaded using it.As much as I hated to go back to a bagged vacuum, I'm glad I did. I also ordered a big package of extra bags so I'm set for years! I like a vacuum with a light, which this doesn't have, but I can live without it if it saves me from pain!The cord is heavier and stiffer than a traditional vacuum cord but, I'm willing to deal with that for the light weight and performance of this vacuum.
