I ordered the black YaKuss tote in the larger of the 2 available sizes. It arrived in good shape, packed with desiccant pouches, and compactly folded in a plastic bag. Upon opening, the tote does have a bit of an odor, however I’m hoping it will dissipate over time. The tote has 2 external pockets. One is zippered, and is just deep enough to contain my iPhone Max. The other pocket is quite deep, running almost the entire vertical length of the tote, and has a snap closure. The interior has unzippered compartments on both sides, one large, and the other smaller and sectioned for compact items. The top of the bag has a zip closure, as well as a snap tab option, for those who want to retain partial access to contents. One side of the tote has a sleeve to secure to luggage carriers when traveling. The shape of the bag can be modified somewhat by using the drawstring cinch devices on both sides. The tote has a single set of handles, the length of which is not adjustable. They are generous enough to comfortably carry the bag on my shoulder, yet short enough for the bag not to drag on the ground when carried arm-down and dangling from one hand. (For reference, I’m 5’6”). This is not a heavy duty bag, but seems well-sewn, and has quality zippers with generous metal pulls. A note packed with my tote states that it will be replaced if I encounter any quality problems within 3 years. This bag is intended to be packable and lightweight, so it lays rather limply when empty. Because it is not rigid and will not sit upright, it is a bit more awkward to stow and to re-access the items you are carrying. For that reason, I will probably not use this as an everyday tote. I think it will be great for travel, or to keep in my car for impromptu shopping trips. This tote does seem a bit pricey compared to comparable items I’ve seen in the stores, however it is thoughtfully designed, and appears to be well made. Overall, I am happy with my new packable tote bag.
